About the role
- Provide operating mechanic leadership for the Brand & Creative org
- Streamline operations, increase efficiencies, manage the Brand & Creative budget, onboard contractors and vendors, and build processes and new ways-of-working
- Lead development and implementation of Brand & Creative processes
- Manage rollout of centralized project management software for the Creative organization
- Manage org-level project tracking and allocation of Creative resources
- Lead development of an efficient budget forecasting and management process and track individual campaign budgets
- Daily tracking of invoices, onboarding of vendors, and working with Marketing Operations and Finance to balance the Brand & Creative budget
- Build a portfolio of vendors and contractors and lead onboarding using Gatekeeper
- Support Brand & Creative leadership in team and talent development, morale building events, and daily team management best practices
Requirements
- BS degree in marketing or related degree or the equivalent in years of experience
- 8+ years of Creative Operations experience
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and creative enablement
- A solid understanding of how creativity can achieve business objectives while still meeting and encouraging brand standards
- Strong analytical ability and clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Proficient in Asana, Google Suite, and Figma
- Familiarity with Gatekeeper & Tipalti is a nice-to-have
