About the role
- Manage program launches and pricing updates for GoodRx Retailer Program on Scriptcycle claims adjudication platform
- Serve as subject matter expert on custom pricing programs and optimize delivery
- Drive quality and timely implementation of new customer contracts via project management, business analysis, implementation to go-live
- Evolve implementation process for existing and new programs
- Analyze complex claims data to detect systemic issues and communicate outcomes
- Drive systematic program implementations considering ripple effects
- Independently solve problems and shorten implementation timelines
- Support post-launches to reinforce KPIs and provide client insights
- Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, regulatory requirements in retail pharmacy space
Requirements
- 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent practical experience as project or implementation manager, within retail pharmacy
- Understanding of pharmacy claim adjudication, application of pricing rules, and associated claim data
- Proven track record of juggling multiple projects at a time while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Analytical problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work independently and collaboratively
- Strong SQL and Excel proficiency
- Experience working with Power BI or Looker (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
