Requirements
5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships in retail pharmacy, healthcare.
Proven success managing complex, high-volume accounts—ideally national or enterprise-level clients.
Fluency in pharmacy economics (margin, reimbursement, cost-to-fill), patient access, and point-of-sale operations.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior-level stakeholders.
Experience writing and leading multi-stakeholder proposals and navigating long sales cycles.
Ability to work cross-functionally with retail contracting, Network operations, program implementation, marketing, and pricing analytics to align internal execution with client expectations.
Highly proficient with business tools: Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, and collaboration platforms.
8 years with a Master’s degree or 12 years with a Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
