About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run content operations. Execute workflows for learning content, localisation and product content — preparing, organising and publishing across multiple libraries, languages and release environments, on time and to standard.
- Improve and automate. Spot repetitive manual work and streamline it with AI, templates and automation. Help build scalable processes and document standards as they evolve.
- Coordinate across teams. Work between Studios, Product and external localisation partners, monitor content and translation quality, and resolve bottlenecks to keep releases on track.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience in operations, content management, localisation or digital production — we're open to different paths here, including early-career candidates.
- Comfortable working with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar LLMs.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets or structured datasets.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and project tools (Jira, Airtable, Notion or similar).
- Experience with localisation platforms (Crowdin, Lokalise, Smartling) or workflow automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) is a plus.
- Strong digital literacy and comfort picking up new systems quickly.
