About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Provide Level 1–2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • - Manage users and devices across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
  • - Troubleshoot and support both macOS and Windows environments
  • - Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
  • - Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management (e.g. SnipeIT)
  • - Support security compliance and help enforce IT policies
  • - Contribute to automation initiatives and keep IT documentation up to date
  • - Collaborate with teams across the business to continuously improve IT processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Experience supporting macOS and Windows systems in a professional environment
  • - Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint protection tools
  • - Familiarity with authentication methods such as passkeys or FIDO2
  • - Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (VPNs, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
  • - Experience with ticketing and asset management tools (e.g. Jira, SnipeIT)
  • - Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash
