  • You think in terms of business outcomes and know how to connect learning solutions to real organizational impact.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, especially in HR solutions
  • Full professional fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Valuable: strong contacts in HR in Cataluña (especially Barcelona)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consultative roles in SaaS or EdTech, especially within L&D or HR companies, is highly valued.
  • A passion for learning and helping organizations grow
  • A structured, proactive way of working: you take ownership and get things done
  • A positive, energetic vibe that fits our culture
  • Based in Barcelona or Madrid
