About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the integration, installation, and operation of our cloud-native platform within their existing ecosystems, ensuring smooth deployments.
- Contribute to the evolution of our platform by improving Helm charts, Terraform providers, observability dashboards, and documentation.
- Collaborate with our infrastructure teams to evolve our SaaS platform, and assist in designing and implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, and our Terraform ecosystem.
- Improve and optimize our Kubernetes infrastructure and ecosystem, built on top of various CNCF projects, Flux GitOps, and GitHub Actions, ensuring efficient and automated operations.
- Utilize our Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo observability stack to gain deep insights into our cloud-native platform, helping both our team and our customers unlock its full potential.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and assistants daily to accelerate infrastructure operations, automate routine tasks, and streamline coding and troubleshooting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced at Kubernetes and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure), with a drive to deepen expertise in networking, security, and automation.
- A proactive learner with a problem-solving mindset, eager to tackle technical challenges and optimize cloud-native environments while growing with the team.
- Effective communicator capable of explaining technical concepts related to cloud ecosystems and Kubernetes to support customer success during implementations.
- A team player with a proactive approach, Collaborate proactively with solution architects, sales engineers, and customer engineering teams to ensure smooth integrations and drive impactful results.
- A strong advocate for AI-augmented engineering, comfortable integrating AI tools into your daily workflow to maximize efficiency and problem-solving.
- 2+ years of experience operating production environments in the cloud or Kubernetes, focusing on reliability and scalability.
- Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve cloud-native systems.
- A strong Infrastructure as Code background, comfortable working with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tools for reproducible and scalable infrastructure.
- The ability to write technical articles, blog posts, and case studies, sharing insights and best practices with the broader community.
