• Oversee and manage the Key Accounts Insights Team by developing and leveraging standardized reporting
• Improve processes and tools, conduct ad hoc analyses, and create compelling data-driven selling stories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Develop and implement new tools, processes, and approaches to improve current workflows
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of National Key Account Analysts
• Collaborate within the Business Insights & Analytics team to align data definitions, tools, and methodologies
• Assist VP of Business Insights & Analytics with executive reporting and modeling
