About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local business owners, civic leaders, and community influencers
  • Prospect, present, and close new sponsorship and partnership opportunities
  • Re-engage previous clients and expand long-term account relationships
  • Travel weekly to targeted communities within assigned territories
  • Represent the organization at community events, sponsorship activations, and outreach initiatives
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and production teams to ensure strong campaign execution and brand visibility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, community relations, or territory management
  • Proven ability to prospect and close high-value partnerships
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable traveling extensively throughout assigned territories
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
  • Experience in commission-driven sales environments preferred
