Territory Sales Manager
Good Will Publishers, IncTerritory Sales Manager supporting nationwide expansion into small-town communities. Building relationships with local business owners and representing a mission-centered organization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local business owners, civic leaders, and community influencers
- Prospect, present, and close new sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Re-engage previous clients and expand long-term account relationships
- Travel weekly to targeted communities within assigned territories
- Represent the organization at community events, sponsorship activations, and outreach initiatives
- Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, follow-ups, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal leadership and production teams to ensure strong campaign execution and brand visibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, community relations, or territory management
- Proven ability to prospect and close high-value partnerships
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable traveling extensively throughout assigned territories
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Experience in commission-driven sales environments preferred
