Key responsibilities & impact

Own the integrated project plan spanning Marketing, Content, and Product
Help lead kickoffs, working sessions, and milestone check-ins
Maintain and evolve Good Inside's project management infrastructure in Notion
Create repeatable playbooks for recurring initiative types
Drive accountability across teams without direct authority
Ensure project components communicate at the right time
Identify friction in existing systems and propose improvements
Communicate project status clearly to senior stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of project management or program coordination experience, ideally within a marketing, media, or consumer product environment
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
Hands-on proficiency with Notion (or a comparable PM tool)
Familiarity with brand standards
A systems-oriented mind paired with strong interpersonal skills
High ownership, low ego
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfort managing ambiguity
Nice to have: experience in DTC, membership, or subscription businesses
