About the role

  • Assist in creating visual collaterals such as reports, pitch decks, concept notes, and case studies
  • Support layout design for publications, training modules, and workshop collaterals
  • Create illustrations, icons, and visual elements from scratch
  • Design presentations and storytelling decks (Google Slides & Figma)
  • Support UI/UX mockups and basic wireframes where required
  • Conduct basic secondary research
  • Organize research findings into structured summaries
  • Translate research insights and data into clear visual formats (infographics, charts, diagrams)
  • Support in synthesizing qualitative insights into communication materials
  • Assist in preparing documentation for workshops and internal reviews
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements
  • Support in preparing materials for workshops and co-creation sessions
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • Be open to feedback and iterative improvement

Requirements

  • B.Des./Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Design
  • Basic understanding of research processes and comfort working with data
  • Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, hierarchy)
  • Proficiency in: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Google Slides
  • Ability to create illustrations and layouts from scratch
  • A portfolio showcasing visual communication work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
