About the role

  • - Develop and optimize CRM scenarios within the assigned streams.
  • - Design omnichannel flows (email, push, in-app).
  • - Develop, prioritize, and launch data-driven hypotheses.
  • - Run A/B tests with control groups and analyze their impact on key metrics.
  • - Segment users based on behavioral events and attributes.
  • - Define requirements for events and attributes in collaboration with the product team.
  • - Write communication copy; perform email HTML setup when needed.
  • - Delegate tasks and ensure quality of execution.
  • - Drive CRM channel revenue growth within the assigned scope.

Requirements

  • - 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing.
  • - Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar platforms.
  • - Experience building complex triggered and omnichannel flows.
  • - Ability to formulate and validate hypotheses.
  • - Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing principles.
  • - Ability to quickly understand the product and adapt to change.
  • - Ability to make independent decisions without constant supervision.
  • - Experience working in a multitasking environment.
  • - Readiness to respond quickly to work-related communications.
  • - English level: at least Intermediate (spoken and written).
