About the role
- Take strong ownership of product design - from visual language and UX decisions to execution quality and measurable product impact.
- Responsible for end-to-end design of product experiences across web and mobile.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, owning UX decisions, visual consistency, and content quality within interfaces.
- Lead the evolution of GoMining’s visual language toward a **clean, mature, and scalable product design**.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across web and mobile products.
- Contribute to design principles, guidelines, and reusable patterns.
- Design end-to-end user flows for **web and mobile (iOS / Android)**.
- Create intuitive UX for complex product scenarios and data-heavy interfaces.
- Own design from discovery to developer hand-off and post-release improvements.
- Produce high-quality mockups, prototypes, and specifications.
- Create and maintain Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and User Maps/User Flows.
- Support landing pages for product releases together with product and marketing teams.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers as an equal partner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX) on digital products.
- Strong experience owning **end-to-end product design** independently.
- Ability to think strategically and also execute at a high level of detail.
- Strong skills in UX, UI, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Experience creating **UX artefacts** (CJM, User Maps, flows).
- Ability to work with **text as part of design**, not as a separate function.
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- English B2/C1.
- **Nice to Have **
- Experience in **fintech, Web3, DeFi, or complex financial products**.
- Experience with wallets, payments, lending, or transaction-heavy systems.
- Experience building or scaling design systems.
- Background in high-growth product companies.
- Experience working in distributed, remote teams.
