About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose, map and redesign operational and strategic processes for industrial companies.
- Lead continuous improvement and daily management projects.
- Apply methodologies such as BPM, Lean, PDCA, 5W2H, SIPOC, among others.
- Actively participate in client meetings, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing feasible solutions.
- Support the structuring and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement process audit routines and systems.
- Produce executive reports and results presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with knowledge of BPM, Lean, PDCA and 5W2H.
- Experience in process mapping (Bizagi, Lucidchart) and basic knowledge of project management (Scrum, PMBOK).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical, organized, communicative, proactive and results-oriented profile.
