About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Project planning and control: support the creation of schedules, definition of milestones, deadlines and deliverables
KPI tracking: monitor project progress and prepare performance reports
Risk and issue management: identify potential impacts, monitor action plans and log impediments
Governance and standardization: ensure methodologies, processes and documentation are followed across teams
Updating and maintaining management tools
Preparing executive presentations
Documentation management: keep records, schedules, project plans, lessons learned and other artifacts organized

Requirements

What you’ll need

Organized with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical ability and a solid command of performance indicators (KPIs)
Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (e.g., Scrum and PMBOK)
Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams
