💰 €40,000 - €45,000 per year
About the role
- Coordinate and oversee projects from proposal preparation to completion, including internal and external communication
- Identify and help address challenges during project execution and in processes to ensure smooth implementation across all projects
- Actively contribute to the development and optimization of internal company processes and tools
- Support in the asset refinancing area
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks (monitoring inboxes, research, ordering, etc.)
Requirements
- Thorough and meticulous work style with a strong eye for improvement potential
- Hands-on mentality and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Experience as a team assistant / project assistant or in a similar role
- Initial experience in project management; experience in the solar or SHK (sanitary, heating and air conditioning) industry is an advantage
