About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the daily operations of CILA and Children’s Group Homes
  • Ensure safe, structured, and person-centered environments
  • Lead and support Direct Support Professionals and Program Schedulers
  • Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and daily operations across assigned homes
  • Train, coach, and hold staff accountable to performance standards
  • Monitor site conditions and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Participate in CST meetings, incident reviews, and admissions/discharges
  • Oversee community outings, dietary programming, and individual supports
  • Support shifts (including DSP duties) when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to support individuals with behavioral and personal care needs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a physically active role (lifting, standing, supporting individuals)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
