About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
Perform code analysis (ADA/ABA, building standards, life safety)
Lead/support design reviews and technical evaluations
Assist with cost estimating (RSMeans, E4Clicks)
Prepare Statements of Work (SOW/SoO) and project documentation
Support construction administration and site inspections

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited)
Licensed Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent experience
10+ years of architecture/design/construction experience
Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SpecsIntact or similar, Cost estimating tools (RSMeans, E4Clicks)
Strong knowledge of construction documents and project delivery
Ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 background investigation)
