About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage schedules and cancellations of staff in the designated state
- Act as liaison between families and therapists when needed
- Update respective Excel sheets in the system
- Ensure utilization of client hours and therapists’ availability
- Work alongside the recruiting department to ensure available hires
- Plan strategically to grow the state and maximize caseloads
- Collaborate with management team members to build and enhance internal strategies
- Receive and respond to patient communications
- Collect consents and ABA paperwork from patients’ families
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details
- Record changes and communications in patients’ accounts
- Maintain appointment scheduling, waitlist, registration, patient flow, and discharge procedures
- Handle client issues with sensitivity and strict confidentiality
- Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must reside in Arizona
- 2 years of experience in a communication role
- 2 years of experience with and exceptional understanding of management and strategies
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Team player attitude and energetic
- Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Proficient in Word, Excel, OneNote, and computer use
- High school diploma or equivalent
