About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives
  • Perform comprehensive initial assessments
  • Manage or assist with day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling
  • Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires
  • Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and support to RBTs and BCBAs on ABA, relevant techniques, and programming
  • Implement and prepare program curricula and annual reports on program effectiveness
  • Provide direct services to clients and parents when appropriate
  • Communicate consistently with treatment team members about programming, treatment hours, and ethical service provision
  • Complete annual performance evaluations for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors
  • Communicate with Admissions, Payroll, Finance, Billing, and Human Resources regarding staff and client records and payer relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA
  • Experience with children ages 1–4 preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to bend and squat for up to one hour per day
  • Ability to perform fine and gross motor activities, bend, kneel, squat, sit at floor level or in a chair, and stand for periods of time
  • Ability to follow children throughout the center, sometimes at a rapid pace
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education required
  • BCBA license/certification required
  • LBA license/certification required
