About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports day-to-day operations in the ABA clinic to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment for staff, clients, and families
  • Works closely with the Clinic Manager, Clinical Director, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative teams to maintain high operational standards and uphold all policies
  • Assists in daily clinic opening and closing procedures
  • Maintains clinic organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Supports clinic schedules, attendance tracking, and room assignments
  • Ensures therapy rooms and materials are prepared daily
  • Monitors supply levels and restock as needed
  • Assists with facility maintenance requests and vendor coordination
  • Ensures completion of daily logs, safety checks, and required compliance documentation
  • Supports staff scheduling and coordination of rotations, lunches, and breaks
  • Provides ongoing support to staff to maintain a positive clinic culture
  • Greets families and provides warm, professional communication
  • Supports parent questions and clinic navigation
  • Maintains clinic binders, posted compliance materials, and required documentation
  • Assists with safety drills and ensures supplies are stocked
  • Collaborates with clinical teams on scheduling and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, childcare, or ABA settings
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification OR ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR willingness to obtain within 60–90 days (company supported)
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, child-centered environment
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new platforms
  • Preferred: Experience in ABA therapy or autism services
  • Previous administrative, scheduling, or leadership experience
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and safety protocols
  • Strong customer service background
