Assistant Clinic Manager
Golden Steps ABAAssistant Clinic Manager supporting day-to-day operations in an ABA clinic. Ensuring efficiency and compliance while collaborating with various teams to provide quality support to clients and staff.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day operations in the ABA clinic
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient environment for staff, clients, and families
- Work closely with the Clinic Manager, Clinical Director, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative teams
- Assist in daily clinic opening and closing procedures
- Maintain clinic organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Ensure therapy rooms and materials are prepared daily
- Monitor supply levels and restock as needed
- Support and reinforce clinic schedules, attendance tracking, and room assignments
- Assist with welcoming, onboarding, and orienting new RBTs
- Greet families and provide warm, professional communication
- Maintain compliance with Golden Steps ABA policies, HIPAA, and safety protocols
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, childcare, or ABA settings
- Current CPR/First Aid certification OR ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR willingness to obtain within 60–90 days (company supported)
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, child-centered environment
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new platforms
