About the role
- responsible for the daily oversight of clinical quality for their Supervising Clinicians (BCBAs) team
- lead, direct, supervise, and implement clinical initiatives and programs
- provide mentorship and professional development for their team
- assist team in overcoming challenges and answering questions
- conduct weekly one on ones to review performance metrics and client files
- conduct quarterly fidelity assessments to drive quality and consistency throughout the organization
- ensure clients and parents are engaged and completely satisfied with services provided
- conduct monthly case reviews of team members' clients to ensure appropriate progress
- communicate with potential candidates seeking employment opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- BCBA
- Masters Level degree
- Current BCBA certificate through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- 2+ years as a BCBA
- experience with multimodal communication systems (AAC devices, modified signs, picture exchange systems)
- familiarity with using the VBMAPP, ABLLS, Essentials for Living, PEAK
- knowledge of Skill based treatment
- Previous experience in managing others and leading a team.
