About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with leadership to manage complex employee matters
- Ensure compliance and support a positive, high-performing work environment
- Lead the administration of FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs
- Guide managers through sensitive situations
- Ensure consistent application of policies across a multi-state footprint
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and leave management
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state employment laws (NJ preferred)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-state organization
- Preferred SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, or multi-site organizations
