Lead local market growth by building high-value referral relationships across physicians, schools, therapists, hospitals, clinics, community groups, and diagnosing providers
Field-based role spending ~75% of time visiting offices, delivering materials, and following up in person
Own outreach pipeline: map market, plan visits, hit activity targets, and generate measurable referral volume
Responsible for volume, visit activity, conversion support, and source development
Collaborate with intake, clinical, and recruiting teams to align referrals with market capacity
Track outreach activity, maintain CRM records, and report progress and insights to leadership
Host or support lunch-and-learns, presentations, and outreach events in assigned territory
Contribute to a repeatable outreach model that supports multi-state expansion and market-level growth
Requirements
Hunter mentality: confident, self-directed, motivated by results
Outside sales experience (healthcare preferred: home health, nursing facility, pharma, hospice, therapy, medical devices, etc.)
Thrive in the field and love building relationships face-to-face
Ability to work ~75% of time in the field (visiting offices, in-person follow-up)
