About the role
- Lead local market growth by building high-value referral relationships across physicians, schools, therapists, and community partners
- Field-based outreach (~75% time in the field): visiting offices, delivering materials, following up in person
- Own outreach pipeline: map market, plan visits, hit activity targets, generate measurable referral volume
- Collaborate with intake, clinical, and recruiting teams to align referrals with market capacity
- Track outreach activity, maintain CRM records, report progress and insights to leadership
- Host/support lunch-and-learns, presentations, and outreach events
- Contribute to a repeatable outreach model supporting multi-state expansion and market-level growth
Requirements
- Must reside in Charlotte, NC
- outside sales experience (healthcare preferred)
