About the role
- Lead local market growth by building high-value referral relationships across physicians, schools, therapists, and community partners
- Field-based outreach (~75% of time): visiting offices, delivering materials, following up in person
- Own outreach pipeline: map market, plan visits, hit activity targets, generate measurable referral volume
- Collaborate with intake, clinical, and recruiting teams to align referrals with market capacity
- Track outreach activity, maintain CRM records, report progress and insights to leadership
- Host/support lunch-and-learns, presentations, and outreach events
- Contribute to a repeatable outreach model that supports multi-state expansion and market-level growth
Requirements
- You’re a hunter — confident, self-directed, and motivated by results
- You’ve got outside sales experience (healthcare preferred: home health, nursing facility, pharma, hospice, therapy, medical devices, etc.)
- You thrive in the field and love building relationships face-to-face
- You want to work in a role with clear KPIs, ownership, and accountability for results
- You’re strategic — not just following a route, but building a market and targeting the highest-value opportunities
- You’re mission-driven and want to sell something that matters — access to care for children who need it.
