About the role
- Lead local market growth by building high-value referral relationships across physicians, schools, therapists, hospitals, clinics, community groups, and diagnosing providers
- Drive referral growth by developing relationships with physicians, schools, therapists, hospitals, clinics, community groups, and diagnosing providers
- Field-based outreach (~75% time in the field): visit offices, deliver materials, and follow up in person
- Own outreach pipeline: map your market, plan visits, hit activity targets, and generate measurable referral volume
- Responsible for volume, visit activity, conversion support, and source development
- Collaborate with intake, clinical, and recruiting teams to align referrals with market capacity
- Track outreach activity, maintain CRM records, and report progress and insights to leadership
- Host or support lunch-and-learns, presentations, and outreach events in assigned territory
- Contribute to a repeatable outreach model that supports multi-state expansion and market-level growth
Requirements
- Outside sales experience (healthcare preferred: home health, nursing facility, pharma, hospice, therapy, medical devices, etc.)
- Hunter mentality; confident, self-directed, and motivated by results
- Thrive in the field and love building relationships face-to-face
- Willingness to spend ~75% of time in the field visiting offices and meeting partners
- Experience mapping markets, owning an outreach pipeline, and hitting activity targets
- Ability to track outreach activity, maintain CRM records, and report insights
- Ability to host/support lunch-and-learns, presentations, and outreach events
- Strategic targeting of highest-value opportunities
- Mission-driven and focused on expanding access to care for children
