About the role
- Build high-value referral relationships with physicians, schools, therapists, hospitals, clinics, community groups, and diagnosing providers
- Spend ~75% of time in the field visiting offices, delivering materials, and following up in person
- Own outreach pipeline: map your market, plan visits, hit activity targets, and generate measurable referral volume
- Collaborate with intake, clinical, and recruiting teams to align referrals with market capacity
- Track outreach activity, maintain CRM records, and report progress and insights to leadership
- Host or support lunch-and-learns, presentations, and outreach events in your assigned territory
- Contribute to a repeatable outreach model that supports multi-state expansion and market-level growth
Requirements
- You’re a hunter — confident, self-directed, and motivated by results
- Outside sales experience (healthcare preferred: home health, nursing facility, pharma, hospice, therapy, medical devices, etc.)
- Thrive in the field and love building relationships face-to-face
- Willingness to spend ~75% of time in the field (visiting offices, delivering materials, following up in person)
- Desire to work in a role with clear KPIs, ownership, and accountability for results
- Strategic thinker able to build a market and target high-value opportunities
- Mission-driven and committed to expanding access to care for children
