About the role
- Oversee daily operations of the facility.
- Ensure seamless workflow across all departments.
- Manage resources, optimize processes, and lead a team.
- Ensure facility operates within budgetary constraints.
- Foster a collaborative work environment.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Supervise a team of up to 20 CDL Drivers and 25 Warehouse Teammates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Preferred).
- 5+ years of extensive warehouse operations management experience.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- CDL A license required.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations, logistics rules, and operations.
- Thorough knowledge of practices, theories, and policies related to business and finance.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
