About the role
- Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
- Support budget management and forecasting
- Manage procurement and keep track of Purchase Orders
- Partner with Logistics team to ensure fast shipping
- Manage multiple programs concurrently
- Partner with Technical Program Managers (TPM) and Engineering to support Wearables program(s) execution and delivery
- Coordinate hardware distribution efforts including logistics activities, inventory management, and allocation collections
- Support budget tracking and forecasting, including requesting purchase orders, ensuring timely invoice submission, and partnering with cross functional teams to drive forecast accuracy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
- Experience in hardware development, worked with vendors domestically and internationally
- Experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, coordinating across different teams, vendors and time zones
