About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver a concierge-level guest experience, providing personalized assistance with reservations, travel details, and account management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Hospitality, luxury service, or transportation industry experience preferred but not required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering luxury service
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
  • Tech-savvy with strong typing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Maps and online search tools
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are essential
