About the role

  • Drive sales through strategic promotions, relationship management, and digital marketing.
  • Own the P&L for digital revenue channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers and category managers at key partners.
  • Negotiate and execute entry into high-volume retailer programs.
  • Lead strategies to increase traffic, Conversion Rate (CR), and Average Order Value (AOV) for DTC website.
  • Manage the day-to-day health of Amazon and Walmart accounts.
  • Create a master promotional calendar aligning DTC efforts with retailer-specific events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in E-Commerce sales, specifically managing Wayfair, Home Depot, and Amazon
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong financial literacy: ability to read a P&L, calculate Contribution Margin, manage budgets, and understand the impact of returns/allowances on net profit
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and forecasting modeling).
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Retailer Portals (Home Depot IDM, Wayfair Partner Home).
