About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the central point of contact for all client communications (Slack + calls).
You turn client stress into confidence.
You manage expectations precisely — what you promise, you deliver.
You advocate for both the client's and the agency's interests.
You create and maintain project timelines in Asana.
You track deadlines, follow up with teams, and anticipate friction points.
You prioritize issues as they arise and make real-time adjustments.
You implement and improve processes: SOPs, documentation, and playbooks.
You lead post-mortems after each challenge.
You ensure smooth information flow between all departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid, hands-on experience in infopreneurship — you've been through launches, high-pressure challenges, and busy periods.
Long-term collaboration with an infopreneur or launch team: you've built processes, iterated, and improved them.
Experience on high-stakes projects: you've worked on launches generating tens to hundreds of thousands of euros.
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
Proficiency with Asana, Slack, and project management tools.
Rigor, strong organizational skills, and a strategic big-picture perspective.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
