About the role
- The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) supports the Senior Brand Manager in driving strategy and execution for both a scaled brand and an emerging brand.
- This role focuses heavily on project management, ensuring brand initiatives, product launches, and campaigns are executed on time and aligned with company goals.
- The ABM works cross-functionally with creative, operations, product development, and CX teams to keep projects organized, track timelines, and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, timelines, and performance analysis, refining strategies to maximize ROI, CVR, AOV, LTV and other relevant metrics.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Strategize website merchandising and promotions to drive revenue and product trials.
- Support and enhance customer onboarding and engagement across inserts, autoresponders, email, SMS, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with SEO, CX, content, and cross-functional teams (operations, sales, customer service, product development) to ensure alignment and consistent brand messaging.
- Lead brand initiatives to improve customer retention, repeat purchases, lifetime value, and subscription performance.
Requirements
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, timeline management, and performance analysis.
- Integrated Marketing: Proficient in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster loyalty.
- Customer Onboarding & Retention: Expertise in optimizing onboarding processes across inserts, email, SMS, and other touchpoints; experience leading initiatives to improve customer retention, lifetime value, and subscription performance.
- Brand Programs & Engagement: Experienced in developing, expanding, and managing brand sampling and gifting programs to increase visibility and engagement.
- E-commerce Expertise: Strong background in optimizing website merchandising and creating promotions to drive revenue growth and product trials.
- Data & Analytics: Ability to analyze marketing performance and translate insights into actionable strategies; strong knowledge of key metrics such as ROI, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment of marketing strategies with brand objectives.
