About the role
- Assist with FedEx distribution and sending
- Sample room organization
- Review samples and lab dips with supervisor for color approval
- File and organize lab dips and component approvals
- Measure and evaluate samples at various development stages
- Target costing and analyzing
- Become familiar with a product development calendar
- Navigate PLM daily
- Packaging review and approvals
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a college/university degree in Product Development or Tech Design or a recent graduate of a Product Development or Tech Design program.
- Completion of relevant coursework and participation in volunteer activities will be considered strong assets.
- Familiar with either or both Windows or Mac computer.
- Familiar with MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or Mac Software.
- Familiar with Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills with a sense of urgency for deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.
- Ability to be flexible and show initiative in a change-oriented company.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
