Accountant

• Lead all aspects of the monthly close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Review Income Statement activity and prepare supporting analyses and reconciliations
• Assist in preparing monthly GAAP financial statements and internal management reporting packages
• Support annual financial statement audits
• Reconcile ERP inventory subledgers daily to corresponding warehouse/3PL inventory records
• Monitor ERP exception reports and collaborate with the Controller and IT to resolve discrepancies
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting visibility
• Build strong internal and external partnerships
• Contribute to a team culture focused on improving reporting timelines and transparency
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

• Support Closeout inventory management, running and managing master presentation and customer communication
• Walmart weekly reporting and ad hoc reporting as required
• Walmart item setup, set orders, and in season inventory management
• Support Walmart style order tracking during Greenline meetings
• Inventory strategy through Walmart allocation control understanding of current and future inventory timing
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
