About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accurately enter, update, and maintain all program-related data, including invoices, staffing, training, deliverables, risks, and cost data
- Track and manage the full lifecycle of programs, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in the database
- Run and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and delivering reliable insights
- Provide support for contract data management, reviewing entries and addressing common issues
- Evaluate current program management systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in program or project management
- Proficiency in program data management and compliance reporting
- Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment, including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity with the ability to adapt messages and strategies for diverse audiences
