About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain all program-related data, including invoices, staffing, training, deliverables, risks, and cost data
  • Track and manage the full lifecycle of programs, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in the database
  • Run and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and delivering reliable insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in program or project management
  • Proficiency in program data management and compliance reporting
  • Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment, including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity with the ability to adapt messages and strategies for diverse audiences
