About the role
- Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of program data systems
- Oversee and refine processes for tracking the entire program lifecycle
- Perform advanced data analysis and audits to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adoption of business solution tools
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and deliver custom and ad-hoc reports
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in program/project management and/or contract management
- Expertise in program data management, process optimization, and compliance reporting
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex programs or enterprise initiatives
- Proven ability to advise senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives across the organization
