About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map the bakery market by region, city and neighborhood through internal or commissioned research, identifying and classifying points of sale by channel and segment.
  • Prepare market intelligence reports with action plans for business expansion.
  • Study the market to identify risks and business opportunities, developing growth scenarios.
  • Implement CRM and the Neppo ChatBot.
  • Regularly research market information to evaluate the results of commercial processes, aiming to improve processes and optimize outcomes.
  • Follow up on marketing and trade marketing actions/campaigns, evaluating the return from customer contacts based on team feedback, as well as the effectiveness of engagement approaches.
  • Monitor business and market trends (in collaboration with Marketing and R&D), including new product launches, competitors, technologies and tools to keep the area’s resources up to date and performing at their best.
  • Use market data tools for analysis and insight generation such as Scanntech, Nielsen and others.
  • Prepare and manage the sales funnel together with the commercial team.
  • Produce monthly maps and summary charts showing area performance for review by commercial management.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of Marketing/Trade Marketing actions in promotions, product activations at points of sale (POS), campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor pricing policy versus market price research.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and propose tactical adjustments based on market intelligence data.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience with market data tools such as Scanntech, Mintel and Nielsen.
  • Strong analytical skills with data.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of distribution channels.
  • Reside in Ribeirão Preto or the surrounding region.
