About the role
- Manage gatehouse operations, including verifying personnel, vehicle and contractor access to site in line with site access and security procedures
- Patrol and monitor site facilities to ensure security and safety compliance
- Respond to incidents and provide support to emergency situations
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities

Requirements
- Security qualification or relevant experience in security operations
- Previous experience in mining, FIFO, or industrial site security desirable
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
