About the role
- Implement the Site Security Management Plan, including access control, personnel and vehicle searches, NPC clearance checks, drug and alcohol testing, and CCTV monitoring.
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols to maintain site security and safety.
- Manage site entry points, verifying identification and authorisations for personnel, contractors, and visitors.
- Assist with security audits and inspections and ensure all site security compliance requirements are completed and maintained.
- Respond to incidents and provide support to emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities.
- Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.
Requirements
- Cert 2 in Security Operations
- Previous experience in mining, FIFO, or industrial site security desirable
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
