About the role

  • Ensure the business can make informed decisions by identifying, planning, and communicating extraction strategies, critical path, and high-risk areas as part of an iterative scenario planning process.
  • Create, support, and manage underground short to medium term mine design, scheduling and evaluation work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering
  • First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in managing/leading a team in a collaborative manner
  • Extensive underground mining experience in production, ventilation, projects, paste fill, planning and scheduling.
