About the role
- Plan, assign and supervise maintenance tasks for a multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure safe execution of daily work
- Maintain optimal maintenance and functioning of electrical infrastructure
- Collaboration with other departments for effective execution of requests
- Carry out Planned Task Observations
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Electrical Trade Certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an electrical and multi-skilled mining environment as an artisan
- 2 years in a Supervisory capacity
- Valid Driver’s License
- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment
- Proven track record in safety leadership
- Skilled communicator
