About the role
- Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Support and deliver employee and leader development, cultural programs and workshops
- Respond to employee queries with care and professionalism
- Maintain accurate people data and reporting insights to support decision-making
- Drive consistency and compliance in HR systems and processes
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement across the site
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience across employee relations, investigations, and performance management
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality
- Current Driver’s Licence
