About the role
- report to the Manager: Mining and direct/coordinating all facets of underground operations
- manage and oversee production and development activities of the mine
- monitor work completion to ensure alignment with operational plan
- drive continuous improvement and open communication
- maximise mined recovery and minimise dilution
- oversee preparation of mining schedules
Requirements
- experienced senior leader with WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
- strong project management expertise
- substantial underground mining experience
- proven capability in contractor management and business partner engagement
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) or equivalent qualification
