About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Control the alignment between engine removals and installations and send engines to repair shops at the first available opportunity as planned in the budget.
Ensure that returned engines from repair shops are aligned with the plan and maintain control of repair costs and payments. Ensure repair costs remain within the annual budget and manage which engines are sent to and returned from repair shops.
Maintain the control system (EFPAC) with all lease contract data and return conditions.
Define the engine exchange strategy and apply it in engine swap planning.
Plan long-term engine requirements.
Define the heavy engine repair budget based on engine needs to support operations.
Control the availability of engine stands (physical, system, and their maintenance).
Keep the induction and repair control updated, as well as the actual costs incurred.
Analyze, review, and send cost controls and payment forecasts monthly to Treasury and Fleet departments.
Maintain and send weekly controls and inform operational and senior management of the status and risks to operations, indicating in advance when there will not be sufficient engines.
Control the analysis and review of maintenance contracts by the related areas for contract preparation.
Ensure the flow of payments, immediate dispatch of engines to repair shops, and ensure slot availability and the financial and operational flow related to engines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Advanced English is a plus;
Intermediate Spanish is a plus.
