About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Area Specialist in the development of Training Programs, the creation and updating of instructional materials, and in liaising with GOL business areas and aviation authorities, regulatory agencies, auditors and inspectors;
  • Support leadership in managing training programs, the continuous improvement program and educational projects;
  • Develop, structure and update training content, supporting the Training Specialist in the design and implementation of Training Programs and learning solutions required by national and international regulatory bodies;
  • Work to ensure that trainings comply with legal, normative and regulatory requirements, are duly approved by the competent authorities, and contribute to certification, recertification and the maintenance of endorsements, always focusing on operational safety, risk mitigation and operational excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed (diploma or certificate of degree completion);
  • Experience as an aircraft mechanic;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • Instructional Designer certification: Preferred;
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills;
  • Experience with aircraft maintenance training;
  • Hold at least 2 CHT licenses (AVI/CEL/GMP);
  • Training/certification on the aircraft types previously worked on (Line/Ramp/Transit).
