About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Heavy Strategic Planning and Line Strategic Planning cells.
Restructure and develop the team, which is currently undergoing significant renewal.
Direct the development of the 5-year maintenance plan, with detailed refinement of the following year for budgeting purposes.
Build and present budget scenarios with strong financial support.
Ensure governance over: demand and capacity scenarios (heavy and line); availability of heavy maintenance slots; sizing of line maintenance man-hours.
Anticipate the impact of introducing new fleets on the planning strategy.
Redesign team processes and roles in light of automation (AI) of operational activities.
Mentor and develop specialists and analysts, establishing training and succession paths.
Collaborate with Aerotech, Supply Chain, Fleets, Network, Engineering, and Operations to enable the maintenance strategy.
Support continuous improvement (Lean) initiatives applied to planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Professional experience in planning and team management.
Financial acumen, with the ability to build and defend budget scenarios.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Analytical ability to handle capacity-constrained scenarios and prioritization.
Experience leading teams in a transition or restructuring context.
