Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the innovation and commercial efficiency function for B2B, identifying opportunities, operational pain points and sales channel needs.
Conduct analyses, tests, pilots and lower-complexity improvements.
Increase commercial productivity, simplify customer journeys, evolve B2B channels, enhance partner experience and support decision-making with data and measurable results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed).
Advanced English.
Experience in leadership and people management.
Knowledge of commercial aviation, B2B channels and airline distribution systems such as Navitaire, Sabre, Amadeus, GDS, OBT, NDC and APIs.
Familiarity with performance indicators, preparing analyses, diagnostics, business cases and monitoring results.
Experience in data analysis, advanced Excel, Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL and VBA, with the ability to query, validate and analyze data and identify automation opportunities.
Knowledge of process automation, CRM, continuous improvement, digital tools and low-code/no-code solutions.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management, such as Scrum, Kanban, backlog prioritization and tracking deliveries.
Ability to work cross-functionally with business areas and technical specialists, such as data engineers, data scientists, BI analysts and developers.
